The challenge

Organizing pickup games looks simple, but for the organizer it is constant strain: confirming attendance, managing members, running waiting lists, replacing dropouts and messaging dozens of players. Most groups still rely on manual messages and spreadsheets, prone to errors and conflicts.

The solution

We built FuteZap, a SaaS platform that automates game organization using WhatsApp as the main channel — players confirm attendance right on WhatsApp, with no new app to install.
